Immediate Start Field Service Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our Technical Services team. Based in the Greater Dublin Area, you will be responsible for providing on-site service and repair of a wide range of medical equipment.
This is a field-based role, with frequent travel throughout the Dublin region and occasional travel to customer sites across the Island of Ireland.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to multitask, and comfortable working independently. Strong troubleshooting skills are essential, along with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete on-site servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment in line with method sheets and/or repair manuals.
Achieve customer satisfaction by meeting minimum productivity and service quality requirements.
Carry out product assembly, refurbishment, disassembly, repair, and testing processes.
Perform quality inspection checks throughout the repair process.
Undertake administrative duties relating to the repair process and service reporting.
Ensure full compliance with company Health & Safety policies.
Support the development and implementation of connectivity solutions for the current product portfolio.
Report directly to the General Manager.
Candidate Requirements:
Third-level qualification (Level 7 or higher preferred) in a relevant technical field.
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and delivering effective solutions in a service/consultative approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent customer service, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid Republic of Ireland driving licence (all points/endorsements must be disclosed).
Valid right to work in Ireland.
Fluency in English.
