About the Role
As a Fitness Instructor at the Keadeen Health & Leisure Club, you’ll be an essential part of a team that delivers exceptional customer care and ensures our guests enjoy a first-class leisure experience. You'll support members in reaching their fitness goals through personalised assessments, engaging classes, and expert advice – all while maintaining a welcoming, clean, and safe environment.
What You'll Do
Fitness & Training
Carry out fitness assessments and personalised programming
Instruct members on correct equipment use and supervise the gym floor
Deliver a range of fitness classes including aerobic, toning, circuit training, and spinning
Keep accurate records and monitor client progress
Reception & Customer Service
Welcome guests and members with a smile
Answer queries in person and by phone
Process memberships and payments using POS systems
Club Operations
Maintain cleanliness across all areas of the Health Club
Perform plant room checks and pool testing
Ensure all Health & Safety standards are met
Assist in general administration and report maintenance issues
About You
Qualified in Fitness Instruction and Group Exercise (REPs or equivalent)
Passionate about health and wellness
Energetic, professional, and approachable
Comfortable working with a team and independently
Willing to learn and upskill (e.g., pool plant operations, new fitness classes)
