Own and lead customer strategy, delivering against revenue, profit, and growth targets Build senior-level partnerships and influence across internal and external stakeholders Deliver end-to-end commercial execution from pricing and promotions to NPD and forecasting Unlock new opportunities through deep consumer insight and a future-focused mindset Champion digital, omnichannel, and sustainability within your customer plans Qualifications: Proven commercial success in retail, foodservice wholesale, or convenience channels. Robust account management, joint business planning, and P&L management experience. FMCG background, omnichannel management, and strategic planning expertise (desirable). Skills: Strong commercial instincts with a passion for selling and category growth. Deep understanding of FMCG trends and category management principles. Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. Analytical mindsetconfident with numbers, data, and presentations. This role is home-based with travel across the Republic of Ireland, as it covers the full region.
