About the Role We are seeking an experienced ERP Transformation Project Manager to lead a high-profile ERP implementation and transformation program. This role will suit a proven project manager with a strong track record in ERP delivery, stakeholder management, and change leadership. As ERP Transformation Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle - from planning and design through implementation, go-live, and post-project support. You'll work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of ERP solutions that drive efficiency, improve processes, and enable business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end ERP transformation program, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple functions to align business and IT goals. Manage relationships with vendors and external consultants. Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, providing regular updates to leadership. Drive change management and adoption strategies to ensure a smooth transition. Oversee training, testing, and support activities to embed the new ERP system. Continuously seek process improvements and apply lessons learned for future projects. Skills & Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years' proven experience managing large-scale ERP implementation or transformation projects. Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite. Excellent project management skills with experience in planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Experience with change management and user adoption strategies. Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are desirable. Why Join?
