Oliver James Associates Ltd. has partnered with an Asset Management organisation to recruit a Senior Fund Accounting Analyst for their Dublin office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete the month-end close process, produce journal entries, and various reconciliations for legal entities related to expenses.
  • Perform monthly/quarterly/annual account variance analyses.
  • Reconcile and analyse various products traded, including equities, fixed income, commodities, and derivatives.
  • Support the fund administrator on a monthly basis and auditors annually.
  • Interact with Finance teams, including Middle Office, Operations, and Investor Relations.
  • Assist in management reporting and projects to improve overall processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Finance or Accounting Role (public or private accounting background with hedge funds/private equity/fund administration preferred).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills required.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and client service skills; team player.
  • Proven analytical skills and judgment - strong attention to detail.
