We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Graduate to join our team in Boston Scientific Clonmel. This is a 23-month contract, with the application deadline on 8th September 2025.
Responsibilities
- Assist with integrating new products into the Supply Chain function.
- Collaborate with end-to-end supply chain teams to monitor NPE project activities.
- Maintain regular communication with supply chain NPE resources for project updates.
- Monitor NPE inventory throughout various project phases across the supply chain.
- Assess pre-production and production scheduling of manufactured parts; track NPE metrics and resolve issues.
- Review and maintain master data.
- Utilize SAP and Kinaxis planning systems to analyze supply and demand data.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and graphs for planning and execution meetings.
- Participate in meetings with key stakeholders, including operations planning meetings.
- Communicate issues to relevant departments such as global supply chain, operations, and customer service.
Requirements/Experience for Graduate Programme
- Bachelor's Honours degree in Supply Chain or a related discipline is essential.
- Graduated within the last two years or in the final year of university.
- Co-op placement or industry experience in manufacturing is advantageous.
- Strong system skills and aptitude.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic self-starter.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Note: 23-month contract.
