Finance Manager

My client, a US-based Cybersecurity Consulting firm, is hiring for a Finance Manager. The role reports to and supports the CEO in the reliable and smooth running of the company’s various geographical entities across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle finance operations across billing, collections, cash application, and month-end close.
Lead accounts receivable processes for enterprise clients, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and professional resolution of disputes.
Administer time and expense reporting systems, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and proper approvals.
Prepare audit-ready documentation, support external audits, and maintain strong internal controls.
Coordinate with international accountants and payroll providers to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Produce weekly cash flow forecasts linked to pipeline and billing schedules, highlighting risks and recommended actions.
Partner with leadership to provide financial visibility and clear reporting.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in finance operations within a professional services, consulting, or law firm environment.
Proven expertise in accounts receivable, billing, and enterprise procurement/e-billing platforms (e.g. Ariba, Coupa ).
Strong knowledge of US GAAP , including ASC 606 revenue recognition for services, and awareness of sales/use tax exposure.
Skilled in full-cycle bookkeeping: GL, reconciliations, accruals/deferrals, and disciplined month-end close.
Hands-on experience with finance systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Bill.com .
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and clear written communication.
Ability to operate across multiple time zones and collaborate with global stakeholders.
Mandatory background check required.
