The successful applicant will get the opportunity to work on significant civil and infrastructure projects. Within this position you will get the opportunity to work and learn from industry leaders. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the Civil Engineering sector. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement processes. Proficient in the use of COINS, Bluebeam, MS Project software and MS Office suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full driving license and willingness to travel to project sites. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and evaluate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for our projects. Conduct cost analysis and risk management for ongoing projects. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely procurement of materials and services. Monitor project costs and progress, identifying and addressing any discrepancies. Prepare and present detailed reports on project financial performance. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Assist in the preparation of contract documents and manage contract variations. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide accurate valuations.
