Our client is currently seeking Staff Nurses to join our In-Patient Unit (IPU) team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a purpose-driven organisation where quality of care, compassion, and teamwork are at the heart of everything they do.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing efficient, high-quality palliative and nursing care.
- Demonstrating clinical leadership and supporting continuous education.
- Participating in teaching programmes for nursing and care staff.
- Upholding professional and ethical standards in line with hospice values.

What We're Looking For:

- Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- 12–18 months post-graduate experience (desirable).
- Experience in palliative care or oncology (desirable but not essential).
- Postgraduate Diploma or Master’s in Health Sciences (Palliative Care) is desirable – or willingness to pursue it.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills suited to a hospice setting.
- A team player who values collaboration and holistic care.
