ATG are seeking a highly motivated Environmental Scientist to join a dynamic team in Dublin. Working within a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, you will play a key role in delivering environmental solutions across a range of infrastructure, energy, and development projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and prepare environmental reports.
- Support planning applications and regulatory compliance processes.
- Carry out site investigations, environmental monitoring, and sampling.
- Assess air, water, and soil quality in line with environmental legislation.
- Provide input on sustainability, climate change, and biodiversity initiatives.
- Liaise with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Assist in preparing environmental management plans and risk assessments.
- Keep up to date with environmental legislation, policy changes, and best practices.

Requirements

- Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in environmental consultancy, engineering, or a similar sector.
- Knowledge of Irish and EU environmental legislation and regulations.
- Experience in EIA, environmental monitoring, or contaminated land assessment.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Full, clean driving licence (desirable).
