We are a small, family-founded property business seeking a dedicatedProperty Managerto join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, personable, and motivated to take ownership of a varied role with real potential to shape how the position develops over time. About the Role As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for theday-to-day administration of our rental portfolioand act as themain liaison between our business and our tenants. You will ensure that our properties are well-maintained, tenants feel supported, and all administrative and compliance requirements are met. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, providing clear and timely communication Manage tenancy documentation, renewals, and regulatory compliance Conduct property inspections and report findings Organise and maintain accurate records and files Assist with rent collection and arrears management Support the business owners with general property management administration Ensure compliance with housing standards, legislation, and PSRA requirements Requirements Valid PSRA Licence(essential) Full, clean driving licenceand access to a vehicle Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Professional, reliable, and solution-focused approach What We Offer Opportunity tomake the role your ownin a supportive, family-founded business Varied, hands-on work with room to grow and contribute ideas Flexible, friendly working environment Competitive salary (DOE)
