You will join our Internal Audit/Controls Assurance team, a highly skilled group working across the non-Financial Services sector.

Joining our Internal Audit and Controls Assurance team within the Audit & Assurance practice offers you the chance to work on diverse and challenging projects in the non-financial services sector.

This Senior Manager role is pivotal in managing and delivering high-quality internal audit engagements, shaping client control environments, and leading talented teams.

What are the main activities and tasks involved? Successfully manage a portfolio of internal audit and controls assurance engagements from planning through to reporting, ensuring compliance with Deloitte's audit methodology and high-quality deliverables Identify control deficiencies and opportunities for improvement within client environments, providing insightful recommendations Build and maintain strong relationships with client senior management and Deloitte partners, effectively presenting audit findings at Audit Committee and Board meetings Lead, coach, and develop your audit team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence Support business development activities including tender responses and client relationship building What skills and qualifications do I need? You will have at least 5 years' post qualification experience in Internal Audit, SOX and Controls Relevant degree and an ACA, ACCA, CIIA or other accounting or relevant qualification Business acumen and insight to be an effective business advisor to clients Strong experience managing and leading teams effectively Strong experience presenting to Clients and Senior Leadership teams along with exemplary report writing skills Knowledge of technical concepts and relevant industry standards e.g.

Internal Audit methodologies, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) etc.

Who will I be reporting to and what is their leadership style? You will report to a Director focusing on Internal Audit and Controls Assurance for non-Financial Services, a leader with extensive experience.

They are known for a supportive and collaborative leadership style, valuing open communication, innovation, and professional growth.

Where will I be working and what is the working model? This role is based in our Dublin, Cork, Galway or Limerick offices with a flexible hybrid working model that supports a blend of office and remote work.
