We are seeking an experienced and proactiveSystem Administrator with expertise in the Microsoft technology stack to join a dynamic and collaborative IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, implementation, and support of cloud and on-premise Microsoft services, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and associated tools. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. Implement and maintain Intune device policies across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms. Administer and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and FSLogix. Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting. Monitor and maintain infrastructure using RMM tools such as Kaseya, Datto, or similar. Implement and manage Microsoft security features including DLP, Conditional Access, and sensitivity labels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT support and services. Key Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar System Administrator role. Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure administration. Hands-on experience with Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, and FSLogix. Proficient in PowerShell for scripting and automation. Experience with remote monitoring and management tools. Strong understanding of Microsoft security technologies and best practices. Relevant certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, MD-102) are a plus but not essential.
