Joining a growing team working directly with their International Client base on complex Tax is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Tax Solicitor/Tax Advisor NQ or up to 3 years PQE. The Role: You will have the chance to work across a broad range of tax matters, while also developing deeper expertise in your particular areas of strength. The team advises on a wide variety of complex and high-profile issues, including: International tax and cross-border planning for corporate restructurings, reorganisations, and inward investment into Ireland. Capital markets and structured finance transactions. Investment banking and general banking transactions. Private equity deals. Transfer pricing strategies and compliance. Asset and project finance, with a focus on both international and domestic aircraft and equipment. Mergers, acquisitions, demergers, and IPOs. VAT, indirect tax, and broader advisory services. Real estate tax matters. Tax controversy and litigation. The Candidate: Qualified Solicitor or Tax Advisor. Highly client-focused, with a strong commitment to exceeding client expectations. Technically proficient, bringing a high level of expertise to complex matters. Commercially minded, with strong business development skills and a proactive approach to growth. Resilient and hardworking, capable of managing a varied and demanding workload. Skilled at delivering high-quality, practical advice with a strong commercial focus.
