Team Lead – AMZL, Last Mile Delivery Station

We are looking for a Team Lead for our Delivery Center. In this role, you will be responsible for shift operations at our DCs and support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.

Title: Team Lead

Location: Greater Noida, U.P.

Essential Functions

- Work with the team to ensure smooth functioning of Amazon transportation operations at Noida.
- Execute the delivery process from delivery station to customer address.
- Ensure sufficient bandwidth in the delivery team to manage peak time deliveries.
- Continuously improve the delivery process and maintain a sustained level of performance improvement.

Essential Skills

- Strong execution skills, action-oriented, go-getter.
- Resourceful in identifying ways to get things done using limited resources.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work and perform station operations independently.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations and develop solutions accordingly.

Analytical Skills

Effectively analyze and interpret information, identify and validate key facts, review alternatives, and determine advantages and risks.

A Day in the Life

Interact with multiple stakeholders and get things done. Demonstrate ownership and bias for action.

- Speak, read, and write fluently in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree required.
