Site Agent Dublin Airport, Ireland Up to €85k Full-Time/Permanent A leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor has an immediate opening for an experienced Site Agent to join their team on a major infrastructure project based at Dublin Airport. The successful candidate will take ownership of specific project packages, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery in line with programme, budget, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage allocated work packages. Support the Project Manager in ensuring successful project delivery. Coordinate effectively with foremen, engineers, and subcontractors. Drive commercial performance and ensure works are completed to the highest standards. Lead daily whiteboard meetings and maintain clear site communication. Prepare and implement programmes, RAMS, method statements, and ITPs. Assist with planning, procurement, and monthly progress reporting. Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Requirements: Third-level qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum 5 years experience in a Site Agent or Senior Engineer role. Proven background working with a main contractor on large-scale civil projects. Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Project, etc. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to challenge designs and drive solutions through to completion.
