We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Limerick, where you will be advising on €900m+ of live projects in multiple sectors including acting as: - Quantity Surveyor on over 1,500 residential units - Bank Monitor on c. 900 residential units - Working on projects in the Commercial, Student Accommodation, Retail and Education sectors Ideally you will posses the following traits, but these are not restricted to: - Relevant third level qualification within quantity surveying / construction economics. - 5 - 15 years' experience. - Ideally within a consultancy or developer role but others will be considered. - High level of reporting skills. - Shrewd precise eye for detail. - Excellent experience dealing with sub contractors and client side negotiations. - Experience with residential, commercial and retail projects. - Motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile. - An ambitious individual who is looking to develop within their career.
