As part of the Consult Team—Medtronic’s internal master service provider—you’ll play a key role in managing the end-to-end contingent labor process across the globe.From coordinating with staffing providers and internal hiring managers to ensuring a seamless experience for contingent workers, our work spans every stage of the journey—selection, hiring, onboarding, timekeeping, invoicing, offboarding, and everything in between.In this role, you’ll join our Operations group, which oversees our vendor management system (VMS), VNDLY. You’ll be at the heart of keeping our program running smoothly by managing system configuration, integrations, maintenance related to VNDLY as well as using VNDLY data to help drive decisions and provide stakeholder guidance.If you love problem-solving, collaborating with diverse teams, and making an impact on a global scale, this is your opportunity to grow with us and help keep Medtronic’s contingent workforce program best-in-class.## ***Come for a job, stay for a career***## **A Day in The Life Of:*** Manage and resolve operational tickets quickly, keeping workflows on track* Advise on policies, processes, and best practices, identifying improvements* Troubleshoot invoicing and API transfer issues between our VMS (VNDLY) and Medtronic systems* Collaborate with the VMS Customer Success Team to optimize configurations and request enhancements* Support program integration during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures* Participate in projects to expand program reach and service offerings globally* Maintain SOPs, training materials, and program documentation* Resolve project challenges to meet quality, productivity, and satisfaction goals* Develop tools to track progress and ensure successful outcomes.* Your first 3–6 months will include hands-on rotations through each team role, giving you a complete view of how our high-performing team works## **Key Skills & Experience*** Relevant bachelor’s degree* Minimum 1 years of relevant experience working with VMS (vendor management systems) such as VNDLY, Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.* Contingent staffing experience* Moderate excel knowledge## ***Medtronic offer a competitive salary and flexible Benefit***s Package#IJA**Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.# **Benefits & Compensation****Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
