Clerical Officer Grade III

I'm currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer to join a very busy team in Castlerea Co. Roscommon

This is a Temporary, contract role, with immediate start.

Responsibilities:

- Provide clerical support to the existing team members

- Support office by answering queries and telephone service

- Ensure all records are tracked, inputted, and always maintained (paper copy/computerised)

- Responsible for managing sensitive data / GDPR

- Dairy management including typing up correspondence, organise patient assignments and relevant paperwork, assist in preparation of reports.

- Provide clerical support, including giving documentation and instructional materials

- Identify potential issues/problems and report them to Line Manager

- Monday to Friday 35 hours per week

Skills and Experience:

- Previous clerical or administrative experience

- Experience in a patient setting is desirable but not essential

- Flexible, adaptable, and well able to work on own initiative

- Team player

- Excellent attention to detail

- Proficient with IT and Microsoft Office including Excel

- Good customer service skills, pleasant and approachable
