This is a great opportunity for someone with early experience in sales who wants to work in a fast-paced environment, gain valuable skills, and build a long-term career in software sales.
As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your work will play a key role in the company’s growth and success.
What you’ll do: Work closely with Account Executives to plan and carry out outreach strategies
Identify high-potential companies that would benefit from our solution
Reach out to prospects through email, phone, and social media
Test and improve messaging across different industries and buyer types
Help create new opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
What we’re looking for Fluency in German and English
At least 12 months of experience in a sales development or lead generation role (inbound or outbound)
Motivated by goals and excited about exceeding targets
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
What’s on offer First-year earnings of €67,000 OTE (with a base salary of €43,500)
Full-time, permanent contract
Hybrid work setup (2 days working from home each week)
