Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse client portfolio with varying pay frequencies. Process and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations (PAYE/PRSI/USC). Submit payroll data accurately and on time via Revenue Online System (ROS). Prepare and submit required reports, including Pension Reporting, General Ledger Reporting, and Central Statistics Office returns. Act as the primary point of contact for client payroll queries, delivering excellent customer service. Support internal audits and ensure compliance with data protection, risk management, and regulatory requirements. Assist with payroll process reviews and identify opportunities for improvement. Contribute to team collaboration by providing support, reviewing processes, and assisting colleagues as needed. What Were Looking For: Minimum 1-3 years experience in high-volume payroll processing (bureau/shared service experience preferred). Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, including PAYE/PRSI/USC. IPASS or accounting qualification is an advantage. Experience using payroll software (e.g., Megapay) is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
