Funds Registration Executive Permanent position Onsite role, offices in Dublin 2 The Funds Registration Executive, will provide administrative support whilst obtaining first-rate experience in the day-to-day operations of this specialised and client-focused area.

You will gain experience and knowledge of the registration and listing of funds processes and work closely experienced professionals and the wider team.
This is a busyclient-facing rolethat will require an organised, detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and communication skills.
Duties of this role will include: Processing initial Passport applications, coordinating filings, preparation of compliance reports and managing timelines in relation to these activities.
Liaising internally and with external service providers in the preparation of ancillary documents.
Assisting in the filing of fund documentation with regulatory authorities and stock exchanges.
Supporting in the assessment and selection of service providers on behalf of clients.
Working with internal colleagues in the development of effective sales pitches.
The ideal candidate will have: Minimum of two years experience working in a Corporate / Legal environment.
Experience working with or strong knowledge of Global Funds Excellent organisational skills, ability to work as part of a team and ability to build relationships both internally and with key clients.
