We are presently recruiting for a Revit Technician to work in our client's office in Bandon, County Cork. You will have 3 plus years' experience and will join a design team consisting of MEP, Structural, Architectural Design Technicians and Engineers. The role will involve the creation of drawings for residential and commercial projects which then proceed to be manufactured in facilities in the UK. You will also collaborate with external consultants, manufacturing teams and site fit-out team to coordinate designs of projects. Some travel to the UK will also be required in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Create 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk REVIT based on project requirements.
- Develop detailed and accurate building information models (BIM) for architectural and engineering projects.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in the models and drawings to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Project Planning and Management.
- Ensuring that all designs, schedules, and documents are prepared to the highest standards and are available to the production facility when they are required.
- Assist in the transition to producing BIM models and drawing using Autodesk Revit.

Qualifications and experiences:

- Recognised qualification in CAD / REVIT / Mechanical/Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
- 3 years PQE experience in a similar position.
- Advanced level skills in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Microsoft Office packages.

Salary is in the region of €50,000, higher with specific skills and qualifications.
