Dublin, Ireland Global Professional Consultants Full time

My client, a Tier 1 Builder/Developer are now hiring a Trades Foreperson. The successful Foreperson will be working initially on a large-scale residential project in North Dublin. Duties: Assess work activities to be carried out, plan the resources required in conjunction with the site program to ensure that deadlines are met and related works are carried out in the correct sequence Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site Liaise and communicate closely with the design team, Site Manager and other stakeholders Complete the online daily site diary, relevant weekly documentation in accordance with company policy Carry out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors Provide training and technical advice to the site team Effective planning of tasks and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet deadlines Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time Requirements: Degree/Higher Diploma/HETAC qualification (or relevant trade experience) Background in residential developments essential Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical nature are key The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated Salary: Salary circa €75k - €85k DOE Performance related bonus Health Insurance for you and dependants Pension scheme Long term illness cover Life Assurance If you are aTrades Forepersonconsidering a career move, please feel free to send yourCV or contact Lisa Cullen on for a confidential discussion.GPC will not send any applicants CVs to clients without a full discussion and prior consent.
