Expectations From The Role:

As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll take on key responsibilities, including:

- Understanding Customer Needs: Engage with customers to identify their needs and offer tailored broadband and mobile solutions.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Lead by example to ensure individual and team sales targets are consistently met and exceeded.
- Customer Retention: Effectively manage customer queries, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently to build long-lasting loyalty.
