6. Implement MLOps best practices, including model monitoring, retraining, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
2. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
3. Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for AI/ML model deployment.
4. Knowledge of big data technologies (Apache Spark, Hadoop) and streaming data (Kafka, Kinesis).
5. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools for ML model deployment.
6. Familiarity with feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model interpretability techniques.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in NLP (Hugging Face, spaCy) or Computer Vision (OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron2).
2. Exposure to AutoML tools and Generative AI models.
3. Knowledge of edge AI and federated learning concepts.
