Your responsibilities

- As a Sales Coordinator, your role will be to perform a varied range of tasks that optimise the service and experience for healthcare customers across Ireland.
- Handling of customer enquiries in relation to the purchase or return of medical products, via telephone and email.
- Sales order coordination including pricing, data and related tasks.
- Resolving queries from our Territory Managers and performing administration tasks, as well as the daily progression of sales activities using our in-house CRM system (ACE).
- Work closely with other Coordinators in the team, and collaborate where necessary with other regions to obtain the best outcome for customer queries.
- Arrange collections from customer sites to UK, and processing customs paperwork to support.
- Manage and conduct proactive order status updates.
- Communicate and resolve any order/invoice queries.

Your qualifications

- You have experience in a highly customer-focused environment, and care about providing a high standard of service.
- You possess strong administration, organisation and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Teams etc.).
- Data entry skills, with a high attention to detail.
- You are a team player, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
