We're recruiting ambitious graduates for a 2-year Dairy Business Graduate Programme offering hands-on experience, professional training, and real responsibility from day one.

This programme will give you real responsibility from day one, exposure to multiple business functions, and the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to accelerate into leadership roles.

Who we're looking for:

Graduates with a 3rd level qualification in:

- Commerce

- Engineering

- Environmental Science

- Food Science

- Manufacturing & Operations

- Marketing

- Nutrition

- Supply Chain Management

What you'll get:

- 6-month rotations across areas such as Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and Key Account Management

- Leadership development & mentoring

- Diploma in Professional Competence
