Motor Damage and Bodily Injury Claims Handler

**Specific responsibilities (including but not limited to)** Proactive end to end management of a portfolio of 150+ bodily injury and third party motor damage files with specific closure and quality targetsPrevious complaint handling experience would be advantageous together with familiarity of the CPC requirements.**Qualifications/skills** Experience handling bodily injury and third party motor damage claims is essentialDecision making skills and sound numeric skills requiredHigh level interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skillsExperience working in a dynamic environment Highly motivated, proactive and with excellent influential skills to influence both internally and externally Problem solving ability Possess excellent negotiating skills.**Experience** Minimum 5 years bodily injury and third party motor damage claims handling experience essential**Benefits of working for Sedgwick in Ireland** Health Insurance Scheme PHI – Permanent Health Insurance Sedgwick Ireland is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI).
