Our client, a nationwide indigenous broker, has a need for an experienced broker to join their personal insurance team. This is a great opportunity to increase your earning capabilities through a lucrative bonus structure paid monthly on renewals for maintaining achievable retention rates. The company also offers different training and development for their staff members in order for them to grow and develop their careers. Responsibilities: Working closely with clients, insurers and colleagues to communicate queries instructions and changes between all parties, managing and maintaining information/documentation for clients. Working across all classes of personal insurance, motor and home, managing a busy renewal book. This also stretches across to van insurance. Managing any mid term adjustments across different policies. Being a positive team member on the personal insurance team. Assisting client with any needs that arise regarding their policy. Re-broking and submission to make at renewal time. Requirements: Minimum of 12 months experience within insurance across personal lines in Ireland. APA qualified desirable. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask. Strong team player. Skills: Personal Lines Insurance APA Qualified Strong communicator Experience in Irish insurance market What you will receive: Base salary of between €32,000 - €39,000 Up to €1,600 in bonus per month for maintaining a highly achievable retention rate Full training programme with ongoing educational support Company pension scheme Sports & Social events Income Protection Tax efficient travel options Followed by a list of other added benefits Skills: Insurance APA Customer Care
