Environmental Scientist

A new role for a Environmental Scientist has just become available for a pharmaceutical company in Limerick.

1 yrs’ min GMP industry experience required

If you have some or all of the skills listed below together with a scientific degree and at least 12 months experience working in a GMP environment then I'd love to hear from you.

Duties

- Perform essential laboratory testing and master a variety of techniques applicable to environmental monitoring.

- Adhere to company documentation and procedural requirements while gaining insight into pharmaceutical processes.

- Take initiative and quickly learn any required tests, actively pursuing new training opportunities as per your development plan.

- Attain proficiency in designated testing areas, performing only qualified techniques under supervision.

- Accurately document all tests and calculations in a timely, clear, and legible manner.

- Maintain up-to-date training records and proactively seek opportunities to enhance your skills.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards, reporting any discrepancies to management.

- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Degree in Microbiology or scientific discipline

- 12 months GMP lab experience essential
