We are currently recruiting for a Catering Team Leader . This is a full-time role .
Some of the duties include:
Provide first-line team liaison, monitoring, and supervision.
Ensure the highest possible hygiene standards within the department and Catering Assistant team in compliance with food safety legislation and HACCP.
Maintain high-quality, customer, and patient-centered standards within the Catering Assistant Team.
Mentor colleagues and work proactively as part of the Catering Team.
Attend and engage in departmental meetings.
Participate in training and refresher courses as required.
Handle complaints courteously and responsibly, reporting incidents to management.
The ideal candidate will have:
Background in Catering / Food Service.
Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting.
HACCP/Food Safety training.
Experience working in a team-based environment.
Garda Vetting is a requirement for this employment.
