Senior Health & Safety Advisor Location: Dublin City Project Type: Commercial Fit-Out (Future projects: Residential, Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Mission-Critical) One of Irelands leading main contractors is seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to lead health and safety operations on a commercial fit-out project in Dublin City. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a key role in driving safety across high-profile projects, with exposure to a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, and mission-critical developments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all health and safety activities on the commercial fit-out project. Ensure full compliance with current health and safety legislation, company policies, and industry standards. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and implement corrective measures proactively. Foster a strong safety culture across site teams, ensuring engagement and adherence to safety protocols. Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain consistent safety standards. Prepare and maintain accurate safety reports, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance. Requirements: 710+ years experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), ideally within the construction sector. Proven track record of leading health and safety on commercial and/or residential projects. Extensive knowledge of health and safety legislation, risk management, and safety systems. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence teams at all levels. NEBOSH or equivalent recognised health and safety qualification is essential.
