What We're Looking For: A current NMBI registration Proven experience in a senior nursing role (CNM, ADON, or DON level) A warm, approachable leadership style with a genuine focus on people Strong clinical governance and management skills A passion for creating a supportive and positive work environment for staff and residents alike
