We are currently seeking an ambitious Part-Qualified Tax Associate to join our dynamic Tax team in a hybrid, work-from-home environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across various tax disciplines, including Corporation Tax, VAT, Global Employer Services, and Transfer Pricing within a collaborative and supportive team. We provide full exam support for professional qualifications, alongside ongoing technical tax training and learning & development opportunities. Responsibilities: Collaborating with partners and senior management on a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. Preparing tax returns across various tax heads, including Income Tax, Corporation Tax, and VAT. Assisting in the delivery of tax consultancy projects across different tax specialisms. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues within the international RSM network. Requirements: Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or ITI with 1+ years Irish experience in a tax role or an accounting role with tax-related responsibilities. Strong technical and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A collaborative team player with flexibility and initiative. Capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasks through to completion for partner or manager review.
