DocSpera is looking for a high-caliber developer who wants to jump in head-first and help build a digital healthcare company experiencing explosive growth .

We are looking for a talented and motivated Developer with strong experience in AI-driven backend systems and cloud infrastructure . You’ll be part of a cross-functional engineering team building scalable, intelligent services leveraging OpenAI , Anthropic (Claude) , and AWS technologies, including AWS Bedrock.

You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining AI applications and backend systems that power critical products and integrations — helping shape the future of intelligent digital healthcare platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Python and Golang .

Develop and integrate AI models using OpenAI , Claude , or similar LLM frameworks.

Architect and deploy scalable infrastructure on AWS Cloud , using Terraform or CloudFormation for automation.

Collaborate closely with product, data, and ML teams to design robust and secure backend solutions.

Implement monitoring, performance tuning, and system reliability best practices.

Contribute to overall architecture and technical direction of the AI platform.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong coding proficiency in Python and/or Golang .

Hands-on experience with AI/ML model integration , particularly OpenAI and Anthropic Claude APIs.

Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation .

Deep understanding of AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, IAM, Bedrock, SQS, SNS, etc.).

Experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performance cloud architectures .

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Based in Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, or Northern Europe

Nice to Have

Experience with Cloud Native technologies, including AWS Lambda, Kubernetes, Docker, and other serverless architectures & patterns

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , DevOps principles , and automation.

Prior experience in AI product development , prompt engineering , or LLM optimization .

Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
