Plumbing Sales Advisor Our client, a well-established builders merchant in Ireland, is looking for a Heating and Plumbing Sales Advisor to join their Glasnevin branch. This full-time, in-person role involves providing excellent customer service and supporting sales activities related to heating and plumbing products. Responsibilities Advise customers on heating and plumbing products both in person and over the phone. Handle customer enquiries efficiently and ensure timely follow-up. Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure products are sourced and delivered on time. Work closely with external sales representatives to process quotes and orders accurately. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty. Maintain good communication with suppliers. Requirements Basic knowledge of heating and plumbing products. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computerized accounts systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Attention to detail and commitment to customer service. Experience Preferably at least 1 year of experience in heating and plumbing sales or a related trade counter role. Experience in construction or building trade is beneficial.
