Our client, a leading organisation in the banking industry, and is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to enhance their employer brand and talent attraction strategies. This role will play a key part in developing marketing-driven recruitment initiatives to engage and attract top talent.
About the Role
As part of the client's Recruitment team, you will focus on understanding their target audience and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize sourcing channels. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will develop compelling content, execute multi-channel campaigns, and enhance employer branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and digital channels to attract top talent.
- Identify and explore new sourcing channels to reach diverse talent pools both nationally and internationally.
- Use web analytics and behavioral data to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize conversions, and enhance the candidate experience.
- Partner with recruitment managers to understand business needs and tailor messaging for target audiences.
- Manage content and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's careers platform.
- Plan and execute recruitment events, including content curation, logistics, promotion, and performance tracking.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A passion for technology and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- A qualification in Marketing, PR, or a related field.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and email campaign management.
