RESPONSIBILITIES:
- System Development & Maintenance: Develop, maintain, and enhance existing computer applications. Design and document new systems as per specifications. Provide support for both custom and non-custom software, including future systems.
- User Support & Training: Deliver ongoing user support and training to ensure effective use of systems. Address any software-related issues and assist users in a timely manner.
- Collaboration & Project Coordination: Participate in and support IS projects. Work closely with the IS Development Project Manager, Information Systems, and Infrastructure Leads to achieve project goals.
- Achieving Organizational Goals: Contribute to customer satisfaction and meet company objectives. Carry out tasks efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Adhere to Plant G.M.P regulations, EU GMP Volume 4 Part 1, ISO13485, ISO9001, and all relevant SOPs. Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and perform only tasks for which you are trained.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Education & Experience: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent). Minimum of 2 years' experience in software support, development, and execution in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment. Expertise in Visual Studio, C# .NET, web development, SQL, and Informix.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in software development tools and programming languages (e.g., Visual Studio, C# .NET, SQL). Strong experience with database management and application troubleshooting.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and interact with colleagues and customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-Solving & Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and solve problems effectively.
