HireForce is proud to partner with a growing professional services firm who are seeking a Tax Director to join their high-calibre tax team based in Dublin. This role will lead the department while managing a diverse range of clients across numerous sectors. It is a great opportunity for a driven professional to leverage their experience in a forward looking and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead and drive growth of the Tax department within the firm;
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing tailored services and strategic guidance;
Drive client relationships while developing an in-depth knowledge of their businesses;
Provide solutions to the clients in relation to tax issues;
Deliver accurate, high-quality reports and documents;
Manage team resources and time constraints while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction;
Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Candidate Profile CTA qualified with experience in a similar role.
Strong technical knowledge and ability to identify opportunities for clients.
Proven track record of managing teams and complex tax processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Remuneration A Strong Remuneration package will be on offer for the right candidate.
