Arbeitsort: Flexibel – remote (innerhalb Deutschlands/ Irlands/ UK), hybrid oder im Büro.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Ganzheitliche Betreuung des Sales Cycles – vom Erstkontakt bis zum Abschluss
- Beratung kleiner und mittelständischer Unternehmen beim digitalen Wachstum
- Kombination aus Inbound- und Outbound-Strategien zur Lead-Generierung
- Qualifizierung von Entscheidungsträger:innen (C-Level, Fachabteilungen)
- Durchführung von Produkt-Demos (online oder vor Ort)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Produkt & internen Stakeholdern
- Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen

Je nach Rolle:

Small Business AE:

- Kurze Sales-Zyklen, hoher Inbound-Anteil
- Eigenständige Lead-Recherche & schneller Lösungsansatz

Mid-Market AE:

- Strategische Sales-Zyklen mit mehreren Stakeholdern
- Strukturierte Account-Planung und Beitrag zu Transformationsprozessen

Was du mitbringen solltest:

- Fließendes Deutsch & Englisch
- Small Business: mind. 1 Jahr B2B-Sales-Erfahrung
- Mid-Market: 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung mit komplexen Sales-Zyklen
- Erfolgsnachweise (z. B. President’s Club, Über-Quota)
- CRM-Know-how & strukturierte Verkaufsmethoden (z. B. MEDDIC)
