Self Employed

Full Day (8 hours) 460.00 Euro
We are seeking skilled and compassionate critical incident responders to provide psychological support following a stressful or traumatic event. In this role, you will provide on-site emotional support to groups and individuals, psychological first aid, and guidance towards on going resources.
- Provide on-site crisis intervention following a critical incident
- Deliver psychological first aid and supportive counselling in a calm and professional manner
- Assess immediate needs and risks, ensuring appropriate signposting is provided
- Support our retailers and their teams in managing the impact of traumatic events
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of interventions and actions taken.
- Background in counselling and have at least a level 4 diploma
- Accreditation with the IACP
- Professional Insurance
- Training and experience in crisis intervention, trauma support, and critical incident stress management
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Flexibility to respond at short notice and travel to onsite locations
- Experience in delivering group debriefings or post incident support sessions
- Knowledge of workplace wellbeing and organisational support practices
- Proficient IT skills and managing own case notes and work load.
Travel expenses are paid at 0.52 cents per mile.
Travel time is paid 11.00 Euro per hour after the first hour.
Hotel cost is covered if an overnight stay is required.
