We have an exciting opportunity for a target-driven, customer focused Sales Agent to join our Inhouse Sales - Movers & Takeovers team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting existing customers who are moving premises in a mover sale in their new home. This role would suit a solution-oriented individual with strong influencing and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct successful inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new sales, manage customers moving premises or customers returning to our monitoring service.
- Deliver key KPI's and sales targets to contribute to the overall performance of the inhouse sales team.
- Managing own time to ensure all leads and cases are efficiently actioned and are adequately followed up on in a timely manner.
- Processing on important information in line with customer requests and ensuring process if adhered to when doing so.
- Building rapport with customers to maximise sales opportunities.
- Continuously drive the building of sales pipelines.
- Maintain a level of product and process competence.
- Always maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a call centre environment.
- Competent user of Microsoft office packages.
- Basic salary €28, 080 + uncapped commission structure (Up to €25 per install)
- Pension (5% employee and matched by employer)
- Access to onsite gym
- 1:1 coaching and daily mentoring
