A snapshot of your peer group:

- Qualified solicitor with 5–6 years’ PQE, ideally gained in a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal team within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong technical expertise in commercial contracts, with proven experience in drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with agility and precision.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across a range of internal audiences.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal support.

Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:

- Advise clients on a broad spectrum of commercial and technology contract issues, including master service agreements, outsourcing agreements, SaaS agreements, franchise agreements and licence agreements and to lead the negotiation of commercial and technology contracts.
- Advise clients on regulatory matters, including drafting policies, risk assessments, general compliance and process documentation in line with data privacy laws and digital regulations.
- Support the M&A team on due diligence projects where subject matter expertise is required in respect of commercial contracts, data privacy laws and digital regulations.
- Advise on consumer protection, e-commerce and intellectual property rights aspects of commercial contracts.
- Provide strategic advice in respect of contract management, termination and breach and remediation issues in respect of commercial and technology contracts.
- Exercise sound legal and business judgment in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
- Contribute to cross-functional legal and risk projects, including governance, compliance, and regulatory initiatives.
