QA Engineer Northwest Dublin A QA Engineer is required for a well-established Building and Civil Engineering Contractor to work on a high-profile data center project in Northwest Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a strong technical background who is looking to develop their career in quality assurance and compliance within the rapidly expanding data center sector. The successful QA Engineer will join a dynamic and experienced project team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and documentation are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Duties: Implement and maintain project-specific quality assurance systems and procedures. Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality documentation. Carry out site inspections and audits to ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications and standards. Support the engineering and construction teams in resolving technical and quality-related issues. Maintain accurate records and documentation for handover and compliance purposes. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all quality matters. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure lessons learned are captured. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related discipline. Previous experience working with a main contractor or specialist subcontractor on large-scale construction projects, ideally within the data center, pharmaceutical, or industrial sectors. Strong understanding of quality control processes, documentation management, and technical standards. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient in MS Office and document control systems. Fluent English and eligible to work in Ireland. Full driving license preferred.
