Job Description
- Lead and oversee tax compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Advise clients on complex tax matters, offering strategic solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering growth and development.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver integrated client services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and regulatory changes.
- Identify opportunities for tax planning and optimisation for clients.
- Prepare and review detailed tax reports and documentation.
- Act as a key contact for external stakeholders, including tax authorities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Tax Manager should have:
- Relevant qualifications in tax, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in tax advisory and compliance within the professional services industry.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in handling client relationships and presenting solutions.
