As ACE, you'll play a vital role in keeping aircraft flying safely and efficiently, with real impact across engineering, flight operations, and maintenance teams. The Role The Airworthiness Control Engineer acts as a key liaison between flight crew, CAMO, and Line Maintenance teams, managing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activity. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day planning of aircraft maintenance using AMOS, ensuring tools, parts, manpower, and hangar space are in place before work begins. Coordinating with flight operations to secure necessary downtime based on maintenance data and engineer input. Managing AOG aircraft scenarios, providing realistic return-to-service timelines. Tracking spare parts and components nearing expiry. Overseeing interface between the Operator's CAMO and Line Maintenance AMOs. Planning and monitoring upcoming maintenance requirements, including AMP tasks, work orders, and high-priority items. About You Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) OR EASA Part 66 B2 Type Licence holder. At least 3 years of aviation engineering experience is essential. Strong avionic background preferred. Proficient in Excel and general IT systems; AMOS experience is a plus. A proactive, dependable team player who can work cross-functionally and respond effectively to operational demands.
