What to expect from this role

- Influence sales and excelling in customer service and sharing their knowledge of each product by answering customer queries
- Become a product knowledge expert having up to date knowledge of our pieces and a good awareness of competitor brands
- Achieve team and personal sales targets by using sales skills including up -selling, ATV, UPT.
- Have an interest / experience in social media including Instagram and TikTok as there is potential to include these activities in daily tasks for the right candidate
- Effective communicator and team player
- Required to coach, support and train new members of the team
- Merchandising the counter to maintain high shop floor standards and take pride in the Lynott Jewellery counter
- Enjoy a fast paced retail environment
- Flexible to changing business needs specifically around busy periods including Christmas
- Previous experience and passion for jewellery, accessories or retail required
- Previous experience in online e-commerce fulfilment desired but not essential

An ideal candidate will have:

- Strong selling skills and experience in a sales role driving sales desired but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Social media skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible to business changing needs
- Can do positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Customer service focus
