We are looking for an incredibly driven and ambitious individual to supercharge our Dublin-based operations at Fuse. You will be part of a lean, high-intensity team and gain direct exposure to high performers from Revolut, Tesla, Citadel, & Jump Trading.

Fuse's mission is to build a terawatt of renewables to power the world. We have raised $90m from top-tier investors like Multicoin, Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, and Ribbit. Fuse's founders are Alan Chang, ex-CRO of Revolut, and Charles Orr, who led strategy at Revolut and was an investor at Mosaic Ventures.

The ideal candidate

You are hungry, astute, and ready to roll up your sleeves, with up to 2 years of work experience.

Swiss army knife. You are a generalist with a technical background. You love acquiring new skills and applying them to new problems.

Sees both forest and the trees. You can sift through the noise, identify key details, and communicate them clearly to people with no prior context.

Self-starter. You are highly proactive, question the status quo, and may be interested in starting your own company someday.

Responsibilities

As an analyst, you will work across the business to deliver our core products to customers. This involves scoping, modeling, and designing new products and business lines, including entering new markets. You may also be involved in building the physical capacity pipeline and trading infrastructure for our energy supply business.

Some tasks include:

- Analyzing and optimizing our core supply operations, from energy trading to finance
- Developing and pricing innovative products and strategizing their delivery
- Expanding operations into new markets, understanding business and regulatory environments
- Sourcing and negotiating contracts with partners to meet business objectives

Minimum requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from a top university in STEM with coding experience
- Proven track record of achievement
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Dublin-based or willing to relocate
