Structured Finance Lawyer, 2-5 PQE, Dublin

A market leading firm with a down to earth culture in a progressive working environment is seeking a Finance Lawyer.

This firm is renowned for providing market leading advice to its clients all over the world while also taking great care of its people, offering a high level of mentorship and support. They also have advanced policies on agile working and are proud of their high staff retention rates.

Their Finance division provides legal advice on every aspect of finance transactions to financial institutions and borrowers both domestically and internationally. You will work across complex securitisation transactions and gain well-rounded expertise.

The ideal person:

- You have around 2-5 years’ PQE in Finance with experience of working on multiple large transactions

- You have superb attention to detail, can work autonomously as well as part of a team

- You have excellent communication and presentation skills and have a warm and personable manner and a natural flair for business development.

This is an opportunity for a finance lawyer to work across a variety of financial specialisms in a challenging and rewarding role.
